To add a nomination video to your DFF Story you must have a YouTube account or you can create a new account. Then follow these instructions:
  1. Fill out your email address. This should be the same email address you used when submitting your DFF Story.
  2. Click the "Send Me an Upload Code" button.
  3. You should recieve an email from Diabetes Friends Forever that has an upload code in it. Copy the upload code and paste it in this box, then click the "Check My Upload Code" button.
  4. Click the "Give YouTube Access" button to give our website permission to show your video on YouTube.
  5. You will be taken to www.YouTube.com and must click "Allow Access" for your video to be uploaded. You may need to log in to YouTube first.
  6. Click the "Choose File" button, select your video.
  7. Click "Upload Video File" and remain on the page until told the upload has finished.
Video entries must be at least thirty (30) seconds in length, but no more than two (2) minutes. Fill out the same email address that you submitted with your DFF Story. Then click the "Send me an Upload Code" button.

By clicking the "Give YouTube Access" button you are giving us permission to post your video on YouTube

You will be brought to a YouTube page and must click the "Allow Access" button to confirm this permission, and may be asked to log in to YouTube first. You will then be brought back to the DFF site to upload your video.
